Hi, I am super weak, Thursday it came upon me as usual after a sinus infection earlier that week.
Breathing muscles very impacted and  that made my BP super high. so now you must understand why no flipside on Dec 23 and no Christmas Flipside  this year. Pray for me please, I hope to hobble into the studio this coming Friday morning. Merry Christmas peace and love PB
